INSTRUCTIONS: Please drain all the power of the battery for the first 3 times before charging, and then take a full charge. Thus the battery can be reached the optimum effect of use. Please note that its full effect and longevity is only achieved after 3 to 5 complete charge and discharge circles.
SELLER WARRANTY: The product warranty is applicable if the battery is defective, damaged, wrong item received or the battery stop working within 7 days of delivery.

1) We ship only in India. We offer FREE Shipping on all products ordered through www.indclues.com. No minimum purchase.
2) Our dispatch time is 1-3 Working days from the order confirmation date or sometimes it takes more times to dispatch, we make our best efforts to deliver each item in your order within 7-15 business days. However in some cases, we may take longer, up to 20 working days, to deliver the order as we may have to procure it from some other stores or our supplier.

5) If the tracking information indicates the package has been delivered, please check with your neighbors or family members. Packages are occasionally left with neighbors, or safely outside your house/office.
6) If the tracking information indicates the package is being returned to us, or if the address is incorrect, it may have been undeliverable.

Return And Refund Policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return (3 months return policy on Premium Batteries).
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. After receiving the package, we will initiate full refund for Postal Charges (Maximum refundable amount is Rs.50). You must share the return receipt within 7 days after receiving the return shipping label. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item*, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
*Please confirm the model number of your device before placing any order for battery. If we provide the same battery that you ordered / confirmed but your device is different / defective then it is not eligible for return / replacement.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
