1) We ship only in India. We offer FREE Shipping on all products ordered through www.indclues.com. No minimum purchase. Cash on Delivery charge is Rs.49.00. 

2) Our dispatch time is 1-3 Working days from the order confirmation date or sometimes it takes more times to dispatch, we make our best efforts to deliver each item in your order within 7-15 business days. However in some cases, we may take longer, up to 20 working days, to deliver the order as we may have to procure it from some other stores or our supplier.

3) To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we only ship through reputed courier agencies.

4) You may track the shipping status of your order on our website, by clicking at Track your Order section.

5) Cancellations or changes are not available if the order is Shipped or Ready to Ship.

6) If the tracking information indicates the package has been delivered, please check with your neighbors or family members. Packages are occasionally left with neighbors, or safely outside your house/office.

7) If the tracking information indicates the package is being returned to us, or if the address is incorrect, it may have been undeliverable.

8) If there is no tracking information, or you cannot locate the package and it is not being returned as undeliverable, please e-mail us at support@indclues.com

9) If your ordered product is out of stock or your shipping address is non-serviceable, Seller may cancel your order without prior notice.

10) Pricing on any products as is reflected on the Platform may due to some technical issue, typographical error or product information published by seller may be incorrectly reflected and in such an event seller may cancel such your orders.

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return (3 months return policy on Premium Batteries). 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging without the product hologram sticker removed. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Submit a return request:

Click the profile icon in the store's navigation, or go to the refund policy or a returns page, and then request a return.

2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
3. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.

4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. After receiving the package, we will initiate full refund for Postal Charges (Max. refundable amount is Rs.50) and provide you replacement of the product. You must return the product within 7 days after receiving the return email from our team. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item*, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

*Please confirm the model number of your device before placing any order for battery. If we provide the same battery that you ordered / confirmed but your device is different / defective / lost then it is not eligible for return / replacement.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-7 working days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
